About the Role

The YouTube Partner Operations Manager at Google will analyze issues for top content creators, work with cross-functional teams to resolve them, and manage support operations. This fixed-term contract position (12 months) may be located at the Playa Vista, CA campus with flexible location options including New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 2 years in technical project management or customer-facing role, and experience in project/program management or scalable solution development in Technology or Media.

Preferred: Experience in data analysis (SQL, spreadsheets), ability to manage multiple projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support via email and video communication.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and consult internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Engineers.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics to drive insights.
  • Optimize operational workflows through innovation and root cause analysis.

Additional Information

This position is a 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity. Salary range is $89,000-$127,000, determined by role, level, location, and candidate qualifications. Google is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
