About the Role

The YouTube Partner Operations Manager supports YouTube content creators by troubleshooting technical issues, managing support cases, and providing strategic insights to improve platform performance. This role may be based in Google’s Playa Vista, CA campus, with preferences for working locations including New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support via email and video communications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to maximize partner performance.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Engineers.
  • Analyze key metrics with quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Innovate and optimize operational workflows.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 2 years in technical project management or customer-facing roles. Preferred experience includes data analysis with SQL and spreadsheets, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and excellent communication and planning skills.
