About the Role
Google is seeking a UX Designer AI Research to craft industry-leading user experiences. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and executive leaders to develop groundbreaking applications of AI/ML technologies and Large Language Models.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design intuitive interfaces.
- Advocate for UX product strategy and consistent design language.
- Foster a user-centric design culture within the organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure designs meet both organizational and technical constraints.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8 years of product design/UX experience and a strong portfolio.
Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 12 years in product design/UX, 3 years of leadership experience, AI/ML technology exposure, and video creation experience.
Additional Information
Applicants in San Francisco are considered. You may choose your preferred working location from Mountain View, CA or San Francisco, CA. The base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000 - $265,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is based on work location, expertise, and experience.
