About the Role
As a Threat Intelligence Reporting Analyst at Google, you will join the Google Reporting and Insights team within the Google Threat Intelligence Group (GTIG). You will create actionable intelligence reports for internal teams, turning technical analysis into narrative to drive fixes and eliminate attack vectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce actionable threat intelligence reports for Google defenders and counter abuse teams.
- Report on vulnerabilities affecting Google products, users, and customers.
- Research industry trends including geopolitical implications.
- Coordinate requests from Cloud, Trust & Safety and Product teams.
- Collect, synthesize data from various sources, and write public communications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber-security, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of security operations experience including Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Intel, Security Monitoring and Log Analysis, and Risk Assessments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional security projects.
- Strong presentation skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of cyber threat intelligence analysis experience.
- Experience generating actionable threat intel reports.
- Ability to collaborate with remediation teams.
- Script execution in daily activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position is open to applicants in San Francisco. Google offers a hybrid work model with choices for in-office work in Reston, VA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA, or remote work from Virginia, USA.
