Overview
As a Threat Intelligence Reporting Analyst at Google, you will join the Google Reporting and Insights team within the Google Threat Intelligence Group (GTIG). You will work cross-functionally to produce actionable threat intelligence reports and narrative analysis that inform Google defenders and counter abuse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce actionable intelligence reports for Google defenders.
- Report on threats to secure Google products and users.
- Conduct research on industry trends and geopolitical implications.
- Coordinate requests from Cloud, Trust and Safety, and other teams.
- Collect, synthesize, and present data in public communications.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cyber-security, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent. 8 years of experience in security operations including Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Security Monitoring, Log Analysis, and Risk Analysis. Proven ability to lead cross-functional security projects and present technical findings to varied audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence analysis, report generation, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams. Ability to run scripts and excellent written/verbal communication skills are desired.
Work Arrangement & Locations
Google's hybrid workplace offers both remote and in-office options. In-office options include Reston, VA; New York, NY; and San Francisco, CA. Remote applicants can be based in Virginia, USA.
Compensation
US base salary range: $167,000 - $247,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is based on work location and additional factors.
