As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams across large-scale programs focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) reliability.
- Direct a portfolio of strategic, complex, multidisciplinary programs that significantly accelerate business impact.
- Expand program management best practices for the team and organization and adjust portfolio strategy to address complex changing circumstances across the organization.
- Work closely with the engineering and product leadership team to transform the operations and effectiveness of the broader organization.
- Drive program strategy and lead program teams to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements; orchestrate across a set of cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical program management role.
- Experience with site reliability engineering, developer operations, and developer experience metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 10 years of experience managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
- Understanding of the product life cycle in a fluid environment.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
