About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager III System Administration at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will use your technical expertise to manage cross-functional initiatives, plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and clearly communicate with all stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- Experience with Linux system administration
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience with coding in Python or Go
- Experience with network operations
Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and coordinate projects to improve quality and efficiency of support and infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement plans
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams, set clear expectations, communicate with stakeholders, and measure success
