About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager III Compliance Cloud Networking at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from start to finish, ensuring alignment between executive technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will define program charters, evaluate engineering scope with technical due diligence, and drive continuous improvement with clear, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define program charters, scope, timelines, OKRs, and resourcing
- Conduct technical due diligence to identify risks and dependencies
- Develop technical analysis, tools, and processes to support engineering execution
- Build trusted relationships with executives and engineering leaders
- Design communication plans for technical and executive audiences
- Establish program governance and track key metrics for continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical experience), 5 years experience in program management, experience with cloud networking and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects and using Agile methodologies.
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time role offers a base salary in the range of $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation reflects base pay only. Additional details will be shared during the hiring process.
