Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5 years program management experience with large-scale programs, including infrastructure systems and operations.

Preferred: 5 years managing cross-functional projects; proficiency in SQL, script writing and dashboard development; demonstrated program management outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end program outcomes and manage engineering scoping.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Manage escalations, unblock obstacles, and align leadership.
  • Use technical judgement to build consensus and drive schedules.
  • Analyze processes, identify opportunities, and improve processes and tools.
