About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager Data Center Design at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle programs beyond your immediate team.
  • Lead, organize, and manage program activities to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify improvements and drive optimizations including change management and performance metrics.
  • Define and address cross-functional challenges using established program management methodologies.
  • Manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field; 2 years of program management experience; proven ability in task prioritization, planning, scheduling, and budget management; experience managing data center design projects.

Preferred: Master's or PhD degree in a related field; Professional Engineering or similar licenses; additional experience managing cross-functional projects.

Work Arrangement

Google offers a hybrid workplace model with remote working options available in the United Kingdom, Spain, and the Netherlands.
