Job Description

Technical Program Manager, Cloud Supply Chain Analytics at Google

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager, Cloud Supply Chain Analytics at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience managing projects in a technical or software engineering environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a program management environment with shared resources.
  • Experience conveying data insights through visualizations and working with customers to support impact (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Gemini).

Responsibilities:

  • Work with functional supply chain teams across the organization (e.g., manufacturing, quality, logistics, procurement, etc.) to understand their data analytics requirements, and develop a solution.
  • Own technical aspects of the solution development (e.g., data visualizations, data tables, scripts, etc.).
  • Lead cross-functional analytics with subject matter experts to deliver the best quality insights for customers, deliver them on time, discuss constraints, and communicate progress.
  • Lead investigative analytics; support developing dashboards and reports, what-if analyses, models, and data pipeline management; and advance analytical tool-kits or decision-support systems to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of Google’s infrastructure.
  • Support Cloud Supply Chain Data's best practices by developing documentation, training, and webinars to enable self-serve analytics.
