About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, AI Enterprise Security at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring the safety of Google, its users, and the internet. You will leverage your technical expertise to formulate, define, and implement cybersecurity remediation initiatives specifically for AI technologies. This role is crucial within the Office of Cybersecurity Resilience (OCR) IIP team, which is dedicated to protecting Googler data and compute infrastructure while balancing security with usability.
Responsibilities
- Formulate, define, and implement a cybersecurity remediation initiative specifically for AI technologies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Client teams to deliver risk mitigation efforts that support Google's primary objectives for AI enterprise security.
- Apply technical expertise to foster alignment, oversee dependencies, define project scope, guide prioritization, and facilitate execution across various teams.
- Deploy program management frameworks and tools to optimize execution, establish priorities, monitor milestones, and coordinate interdependencies.
- Cultivate partnerships with essential stakeholders and product area leads, establishing communication structures to manage evolving priorities, track program health, and address risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience working in enterprise security.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working and partnering with Software Development teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the technical context of programs and contribute to technical discussions.
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences, spanning all functions and organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent interactions with geographically disparate teams.
