Job Description
About the Technical Account Manager Role
The Technical Account Manager helps customers adopt Google Cloud products by guiding them through their cloud transformation journey. You will drive technical implementations and lead consulting engagements to accelerate customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cloud consulting engagements and implementation journeys
- Provide technical guidance and manage project milestones
- Advocate customer needs and drive product enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and executive sessions
- Develop best practices to scale Google Cloud adoption
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of customer-facing experience in technical roles
- Experience in cloud operations, support, escalation management, or consulting
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in a technical or management field
- Experience translating business needs into technology solutions
- Experience with application or workload migration to public clouds
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Understanding of IT operations, networking, and cloud-native development
Compensation and Additional Details
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual pay is determined by location and individual factors.
