Job Description
Technical Account Manager, Google Public Sector
As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll drive product adoption, provide proactive problem avoidance, and recommend leading practices that help our most strategic customers accelerate digital transformations, secure cloud infrastructure, and scale cloud capabilities that serve the American people.Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. We focus on helping United States public sector institutions accelerate their digital transformations, and we continue to make significant investments and grow our team to meet the complex needs of local, state and federal government and educational institutions.Responsibilities:- Lead technical activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders or delivery partners that focus on cloud architectural advisory, operational excellence, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate focused on new products, features, and bug fixes that benefit government and education customers.
- Partner with support, product engineering, and site reliability engineering to plan for customer events and launches, and work with customers and support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
- Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor, lead quarterly reviews, host executive sessions, and develop tactical plans that foster successful technical outcomes.
