About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager Google Cloud Consulting, you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products and drive their digital transformation journey. You will lead and manage technical implementations, guide cloud adoption strategies, and ensure customer success through managing timelines, milestones, and business transformation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, and IT consulting.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with stakeholders and technical implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions.
- Expertise in application or workload migration to cloud providers.
- Strong ability in collaboration across diverse teams and partners.
- Robust understanding of IT operations, networking, security, and cloud-native development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading implementation journeys.
- Provide technical guidance and manage project timelines and migration goals.
- Advocate for customer needs and drive new feature development.
- Develop strategic relationships, roadmaps and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Plan and execute customer events and launches; manage escalations to resolution.
- Create best practices and assets to scale customer engagements and accelerate adoption.
