About the Role
The Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting will help customers adopt Google Cloud products by guiding them through strategic and technical transformation journeys. You will engage with enterprise leadership and cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
Responsibilities
You will accelerate customer cloud adoption by:
- Leading technical implementations and migration strategies.
- Providing technical guidance and managing timelines and milestones.
- Advocating customer needs and driving new feature development.
- Developing strategic roadmaps and facilitating quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinating with support, engineers, and site reliability teams to resolve escalations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years in a customer-facing role with technical implementations.
- Experience in cloud operations and technical support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Expertise in public cloud migrations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
The US base salary range is $137,000-$200,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location.
