About the Role
The Strategy and Operations Senior Associate at Google offers an opportunity to work across multiple functions, drive business-critical insights, and develop comprehensive strategies that support sustainable business growth. This role involves drawing interpretable insights, designing processes, developing sales and business strategies, and communicating data-driven recommendations to leadership.

This role may be located at the Playa Vista, CA campus. Applicants in Los Angeles and San Francisco are considered under the respective Fair Chance Ordinances. You can also choose your preferred location from Ann Arbor, MI; Mountain View, CA; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; or San Francisco, CA.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory OR 2 years of experience with an advanced degree
- 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years generating insights from large data sets
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries
- Background in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital media
- Strong problem solving, business acumen, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draw interpretable insights from advanced modeling
- Design processes, tools and operating cadences
- Develop comprehensive sales, product, or business strategies
- Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Define actionable roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range is $118,000-$170,000 with additional bonus, equity, and benefits. Specific salary is determined by work location, skills, experience, and education.
