About the Role
This Strategy and Operations Senior Associate Analyst, YouTube Ads role at Google offers an opportunity to partner closely with YouTube Ads GTM leadership and global business teams. You will design and maintain data workflows, lead quantitative projects, and communicate insights to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data workflows and business intelligence platforms.
- Empower the team to drive accountability and decision making.
- Lead end-to-end quantitative projects from design to execution.
- Communicate findings with polished presentations and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Google policies and thorough documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4 years in a leadership role, experience with SQL or similar coding, and familiarity with project or program management.
Preferred Qualifications: 5 years in strategy consulting, finance, or sales operations, experience with controlled experiments, and familiarity with Google Ads and reporting.
Location & Salary
This role may be located at Google's Playa Vista, CA campus, with multiple location options provided. The US base salary range is $118,000-$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
