Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory; OR 4 years with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 2 years of experience generating insights from large data analyses.
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries.
- Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital media.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas as compelling narratives.
- Strong structured problem solving combined with business acumen.
About Google Customer Solutions (GCS)
The GCS Sales and Strategy teams offer critical insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive business growth for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). They assist in evolving early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives through strategic planning and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Draw actionable insights from advanced modeling and business analyses.
- Organize and facilitate core business planning and leadership engagement.
- Define comprehensive sales, product, or business strategies to drive growth.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive trend research to scale operations.
- Deliver polished, data-driven presentations to influence executive decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing large and complex change initiatives.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is reflective of role, level, location, and individual qualifications.
