Overview
The Strategy and Operations Lead at Google plays a key role in driving operational excellence through high-priority projects. With a focus on synthesizing complex data into actionable executive communications, you will engage with cross-functional teams to align operations with Google Operation Center (GOC) goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 8 years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or a client facing role.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other relevant advanced degree. Experience in diagnosing inefficiencies, resolving ambiguous situations, translating challenges into clear, data-backed strategies, and implementing operational improvements. Proven ability to lead complex business integrations, implement change initiatives, and craft executive-level presentations.
About the Role
As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will:
- Drive complex, high-visibility programs from strategy to delivery.
- Synthesize complex data and operational dynamics into executive-ready narratives.
- Build collaborative partnerships and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, diagnose challenges, and formulate strategies for operational excellence.
- Support critical OKR lifecycles and QBRs for improved operational effectiveness.
