Job Overview
The Strategy and Operations Lead, BizOps and Analytics at Google provides operational excellence and analytics to fuel growth. This role supports the Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) group by driving strategy, sales incentives, and performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute rewards and recognition strategy for ALCS.
- Manage Emerson performance management platform and roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle for sales contests and incentive initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operational execution.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics to drive data-informed recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or related fields (4 years with an advanced degree).
- Skilled in quantitative analysis and problem-solving models.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners on sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years in data-driven environments with advanced project leadership.
- Experience with scaled sales initiatives and performance management.
- Proven track record synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights.
Compensation & Location
The US base salary range is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Applicants can indicate a preferred working location including Playa Vista, CA, among other major US cities.
