Overview

The Strategy and Operations Lead BizOps and Analytics role at Google is designed to serve as the operational and analytical engine for Google’s largest sales group. This role drives operational excellence, performance management, rewards and recognition strategy, and analytics, supporting the Americas Large Customer Sales group.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute rewards and recognition strategy for ALCS.
  • Align contests, incentives, and performance management to drive growth.
  • Manage Emerson, the core performance management platform.
  • Drive product roadmap with cross-functional partners.
  • Lead lifecycle management for sales contests and incentives.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 6 years of relevant experience (or 4 years with an advanced degree). Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills with spreadsheets and data tools. Experience working cross functionally on sales initiatives.

Preferred: MBA or equivalent, 8 years in data-driven environments, experience leading cross-functional projects, and delivering insights from large datasets.

About the Role

This position involves end-to-end strategy and execution for Google’s Ads and sales operations teams, including setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless operational execution across sales incentives and performance management initiatives.

Compensation and Location

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The role may be located at Google’s Playa Vista, CA campus or at one of several preferred locations including New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Boulder, CO; Chicago, IL; Mountain View, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Bruno, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Sunnyvale, CA.
