Overview
This Strategy and Operations Lead BizOps and Analytics role at Google is designed to drive operational excellence within the Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) organization. You will lead strategic initiatives, sales incentives, performance management, and AI-powered analytics to drive growth and improve sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive rewards and recognition strategy.
- Manage Emerson performance management platform and roadmap.
- Lead full lifecycle of sales contests and incentive initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive seamless operational execution.
- Leverage large datasets to provide actionable insights.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Applicants must have a Bachelor7s degree or equivalent with significant relevant experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy. Advanced degrees and MBA experience are preferred along with high competency in quantitative analysis and cross-functional team leadership.
