Strategy and Operations Lead at Google
Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead to join their GCS Sales and Strategy teams. Key Responsibilities
- Derive actionable insights from sophisticated business analyses and advanced modeling.
- Organize and facilitate core business planning, operating cadences, and leadership engagement.
- Define comprehensive sales, product, or business strategies to address business issues and customer needs, driving incremental growth.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for operational scaling and value maximization.
- Deliver polished, data-driven presentations with a strategic narrative to influence executive decision-making.
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and lead the successful implementation of complex change initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 2 years of experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for a complex organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives.
- Structured problem-solving skills combined with strong business acumen.
Working Location Options

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Specific salary is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
