About the Role
As a Strategy and Operations Analyst at Google, you will provide critical business insights through analytics, drive cross-functional alignment, and support strategic partnerships and new initiatives. This role focuses on aligning top company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and evolving early stage ideas into future growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute business analyses and advanced modeling to derive insights.
- Develop comprehensive strategies addressing complex business challenges.
- Communicate findings through polished presentations and key takeaways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity (or 1 year with an advanced degree), and 2 years of SQL data analysis experience.
Preferred: Experience in generating insights from large data sets, stakeholder collaboration, advertising, consultative sales, business development in a digital media environment, excellent communication, and strong problem solving.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation details reflect base salary only.
