As a Strategic Partner Manager at YouTube, you will be a key player in the Creator Economy Ecosystem team, working closely with talent agencies and management companies representing influential creators, celebrities, and athletes. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, responding to partner requests, and leveraging data to identify growth opportunities for partners on the YouTube platform. It's a dynamic, cross-functional position designed to enhance the broader creator economy ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex agreements and cultivate strategic partnerships with talent representatives to drive results for their businesses, clients, and YouTube.
• Develop, plan, and implement projects and initiatives aimed at growing and enhancing the overall creator economy ecosystem.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities that expand the creator economy ecosystem, benefiting both partners and the platform.
• Manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, prioritizing incoming requests and creating periodic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce analyses and recommendations to optimize partner performance as part of regular review cycles.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Policy, Comms, Finance, and Legal, to deliver effective solutions to key partners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and deep relationships within the talent representation industry, with a strong understanding of the creator economy landscape.
• Project management experience, including handling multiple time-sensitive projects and solving critical problems through analysis.
• Ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights for external partners.
• Strong relationship-building skills, capable of cultivating trust and rapport while effectively driving solutions to complex issues.
• Executive presence and the ability to align and influence internal and external stakeholders towards common goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation of events, writing, and delivery.
