Strategic Partner Manager, Global Channel Partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales.
  • Experience with conversion measurement products, marketing attribution, and key products/players in the ecosystem.
  • Experience in managing multiple internal/external projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and executing joint GTM and co-marketing efforts with partners.
  • Experience in building strategy plans and engaging with key partners.
  • Experience in ad measurement, data analysis, and the data strength landscape.
  • Ability to train and enable third-party (3P) partners on product features and integrations.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing).

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 186,000-191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day relationships and operational performance of a dedicated set of channel partners.
  • Collaborate with technical platform partners on joint go-to-market plans, co-marketing campaigns, and product integration enhancements.
  • Utilize central tools and datasets to efficiently map customers to the appropriate partners.
  • Provide partners with the necessary information and support to effectively activate customers on Google's data solutions.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for partners, managing execution and troubleshooting process issues.
