About the Role

As the Strategic Operations and Planning Lead, Trust and Safety at Google, you will define and evolve a multi-year roadmap for the T&S organization. You will serve as a key advisor to T&S executive leadership, anticipating future business needs and industry shifts.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Drive planning and set multi-year priorities aligned with responsible innovation.
  • Implement and govern the OKR process for continuous performance improvement.
  • Lead and develop narratives for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Optimize resource deployment through business analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy or related fields, including 6 years in people management and 5 years working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred: MBA or equivalent practical experience with strong problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and strategic communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The US base salary range for this position is $211,000-$297,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation details reflect base salary only.
