The YouTube Developer Infrastructure team develops infrastructure and builds engineering products around Quality, Ease, velocity, and partner success. The ultimate goal of the team is to deliver tech infrastructure that impacts the lives of YouTube users. We develop, master and promote a purpose motivated adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) development tools to achieve this.

Responsibilities
- Work with the site leadership and organization executives on site specific priorities for YouTube Bengaluru initiatives (e.g., applied AI, verticals, etc).
- Build applied AI products.
- Design, develop or adopt key developer Generative AI tools and vibe coding techniques to fixing developer infrastructure tests and achieving developer infrastructure team's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Ideate, design and develop applied AI products for YouTube developers, including quality multi-modal agents to make the development process efficient.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, templates, and Standard Template Library (STL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working on Large Language Models (LLMs) or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) quality problems.
- Experience in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies, and working with large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with software engineering, C++, integration testing, tools development, performance tuning.
- Knowledge of system design, algorithms, and data structures.
- Ability to learn new AI frameworks, prototype and able to drive results.
