Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX
- Expertise in design elements such as proportions, color, form, typography
- Proficient in building design systems in Figma
- Experience in UX or motion design
- Portfolio or website demonstrating your work
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or related field
- 12 years of experience in product design or UX
- Experience in complex, cross-functional organizations (5+ years)
- 4+ years leading design projects
- 3+ years working with executive leaders
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
About the Role
The Staff Experience Designer works closely with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers in a collaborative design process. From crafting user flows and wireframes to developing high-fidelity prototypes, you will influence stakeholders and drive a holistic design strategy that meets user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Influence stakeholders across functions for design strategy support
- Drive a design process and establish design systems
- Develop design solutions based on user insights and trends
- Provide direction to UX designers for concept creation and testing
- Create innovative prototypes with internal teams and external experts
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Note that these numbers reflect base salary only.
