About the Role
As a Sourcing Specialist at Google, you will be at the forefront of identifying and engaging exceptional PhD talent. You will act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through Google’s hiring process with a personalized and informative approach. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of PhD candidates.
- Crafting compelling outreach messages that highlight research alignment and technical fit.
- Conducting in-depth technical assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
- Managing a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through final interviews.
- Utilizing data to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process to meet quarterly goals.

- 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, or Executive Recruitment.
- 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.
