Overview
The Solutions Service Delivery Manager, gTech Ads at Google leads Ads customer operations by delivering product recommendations, optimizations and leveraging technical expertise to manage vendor relationships and scale tech solutions across global operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
- 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third party logistics relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing vendor operations and working with globally managed service providers.
- Advising customers on product activation and optimization in digital marketing.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing (SEM) and Google Ads Optimization across Search and Shopping.
- Experience in data insights and using data to develop solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and project management skills.
About the Role
At Google, the gTech Ads team supports and enhances the advertising experience for brands and publishers worldwide. As the Solutions Service Delivery Manager, you will partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to manage the life cycle of tech solutions - launching, maintaining, and optimizing them to provide exceptional vendor-driven customer operations. You will be responsible for vendor selection, forecasting, resource and budget planning, and ensuring that service design remains consistent and well-documented globally.
