Overview
At Google, the Software Engineer iOS Google Photos Early Careers role offers the opportunity to develop next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information. This role is part of the Photos Onboarding iOS Growth team that focuses on driving new user growth within the Google Photos iOS app.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Swift, SwiftUI or Objective-C.
- Experience in building iOS software products.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build and deploy new features.
- Improve software components and architecture alongside other engineers.
- Identify, triage, debug, track and resolve issues in existing code.
- Help ensure user trust in Google Photos.
