About the Role
The Social Media Manager, Google AI drives the strategy, content development, and operations of the Google AI cross-functional channel. You will create an always-on editorial calendar to translate technical AI innovations into compelling narratives, engaging online communities and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute powerful social media and content strategies.
- Manage creative and editorial calendars across AI channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and product partners.
- Manage approvals for social assets and performance reporting.
- Monitor AI conversations and drive engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 6 years social media marketing, project management experience, and proven experience managing social channels and cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in social media tools, native platform strategies, content calendaring, earned conversation, and a passion for experimental AI technology.
Compensation & Locations
The US base salary range is $137,000 to $201,000 (base salary only) plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Applicants can indicate a preferred working location: San Francisco, CA; Mountain View, CA; or New York, NY. All applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, are considered according to applicable ordinances.
