Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.

• 2 years of experience with prototyping.

• 2 years of experience with developer tools or enterprise-class applications.

• Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.

• 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.

• 2 years of experience with the latest methods and tools and AI technologies.

• Ability to build usable and innovative UIs, and to deliver comprehensive prototypes.

As a UX Engineer, you'll work as part of a UX team in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Salary Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly technical and design solutions through documentation, presentations, and prototypes.

• Work with a cross-functional team to identify, scope, and execute on opportunities to improve server development tools and features.

• Develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate ideas.

• Present concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts and interactions into simple, elegant, and coherent design solutions.

• Apply common Google Material styles and partner with engineering on implementation requirements.
