As a Senior UX Designer, you will own the design outcomes for critical work-streams. You will navigate and define scalable, sustainable design approaches to solve problems with limited precedent, focusing on creating personalized skill-building journeys.

Responsibilities
- Define foundational strategy and support long-term user experience and product strategies for the domain.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management and engineering to identify emerging user needs.
- Apply UX design frameworks, principles, and patterns to create innovative solutions to learner problems.
- Use AI tools to accelerate workflows and design for GenAI-powered interactions.
- Build consensus across senior stakeholders by communicating design approaches that address and anticipate business challenges.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in an applied UX design role, working on digital platforms or technical products.
- Experience with interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Experience designing for enterprise products.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows (e.g., productivity, research, or content drafting), or with designing AI-powered features (e.g., addressing trust, mental models, or interaction patterns for LLM-based interfaces).

- Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
