About the Role

The Senior UX Designer, Ads Planning, YouTube Ads at Google focuses on delivering intuitive, engaging design solutions for digital advertising products. You will create design briefs, wireframes, user flows, mocks, and prototypes while balancing platform constraints, technical limitations, compliance requirements and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create design deliverables including briefs, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Balance technical constraints with user needs and compliance.
  • Support end-to-end development of new features and improvements.
  • Work with existing design systems and expand them when needed.
  • Cultivate design team culture and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 6 years of interaction/UX design experience, experience with data visualization, and digital/video advertising. Portfolio or website required.

Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent experience, 3 years in a cross-functional team, experience with advertiser-facing surfaces, large design systems, and the ability to influence engineering and product management teams.

Compensation

The US base salary for this full-time position ranges from $151,000-$222,000, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is determined by location, skills, experience, and education.
