As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Core ML at Google, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. This role is crucial within the AI and Infrastructure team, which is dedicated to delivering breakthrough AI and Infrastructure at unparalleled scale, efficiency, reliability, and velocity for Google's customers, Google Cloud clients, and billions of Google users worldwide.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.
• Ability to use technical judgment to build consensus, drive projects, schedule, plans, and execution, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the required software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
• Work closely with Software Engineers, Quality Auditors, Product Managers, and other Engineering and Business teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project life-cycle (build, test, and release on time).
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues, and clearly communicate them to Technical Infrastructure stakeholders.
• Lead several technical programs for the AI2 organization, setting priorities for products and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine-tuning the program as needed.
