About the role
About the Role
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Our mission at the Global Business Transformation team is to build Google’s platforms and devices organization’s internal AI transformation engine, re-imagining the way we work in the AI-native future. We are on a mission to create the industry’s most efficient commercial platform by unlocking a new era of productivity where teams, processes, and AI agents work as one. We exist to unlock Platforms and Devices Commercial Operations (PDCOs) growth and efficiencies by simplifying workflows, unifying data into an integrated ecosystem, and most critically, augmenting our teams with intelligent agentic AI systems. We go beyond standard enablement; we are architecting an AI-powered, self-optimizing commercial ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for re-imagining the fabric of how our organization works, moving us from static tools to dynamic, AI-driven intelligence. You will lead the implementation of our workflow orchestration platform, ensuring that individual AI automations roll up into a cohesive, interoperable ecosystem. You will act as the bridge between high-level executive strategy and execution, and multi-layered agentic systems that power the platform and device business.
The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first-party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

- Lead the creation of requirements specifications and design diagrams for complex, multi-agent systems, and build and oversee high-fidelity proof-of-concepts agents using Python, apps script, and Google’s Vertex AI/Gemini stack, setting the standard for production-ready agents.
- Partner with leaders in engineering, product, and sales operations to align automation roadmaps with organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize the entire commercial ecosystem, identifying and eliminating systemic bottlenecks.
