About the Role
The Senior Strategist, Trust and Safety Analysis role at Google involves developing and managing cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. The position focuses on improving processes for identifying and resolving policy and safety issues. You will work with abuse fighting and user trust experts to reduce risk and fight abuse across Google products worldwide.
Responsibilities
This role includes:
- Ideating and managing impact strategies to increase user safety.
- Performing investigative fraud and abuse analysis to produce actionable insights.
- Identifying opportunities for new signals, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Driving solutions to completion and supporting global partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Participating in the on-call coverage rotation for sensitive issue resolution.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) and 4 years experience in analysis projects, data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Preferred: Master's degree in a related field, machine learning experience, proficiency in SQL, dashboard building, data visualization, and programming (e.g., Python). Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
