Role Overview

The Senior Security Consultant Red Team at Google will perform red and purple team assessments, assumed breach evaluations, threat analysis, and social engineering assessments. The role involves both external and internal testing of wireless, web, mobile, and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct red and purple team assessments including pre-deployed implant engagements.
• Perform external/internal wireless, web, mobile, and embedded system testing.
• Execute ransomware readiness reviews and threat analysis.
• Research offensive techniques and develop attacker tool capabilities.
• Deliver clear technical documentation and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5 years experience in pen testing and red teaming functions.
• Proficiency with wireless, web application, and network security tools.
• Flexibility to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant offensive security certifications (e.g., OSCE, OSCP, etc.).
• Experience with security control assessments and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
