Job Details
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience; 5 years of experience in physical design CAD flow development from netlist to GDSII; experience with industry-standard tools such as Primetime, StarRC, Redhawk, Innovus, Fusion compiler Place and Route tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; experience with advanced nodes (e.g., 3nm, 2nm); experience with Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies; knowledge of low-power design techniques; excellent scripting skills in Python and TCL.

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Note that the base salary details do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead Static Timing Analysis (STA) and EMIR flow development.
- Collaborate with Design, Physical Design, and IT/Infrastructure teams on CAD flow development.
- Develop and maintain PDCAD methodologies for STA and EMIR.
- Evaluate and introduce new CAD tools and technologies including AI/ML.
- Contribute to technical specifications and documentation.
