Overview
Google is seeking a Senior Content Adversarial Red Team Analyst to join the Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will leverage data analytics, adversarial testing, and ethical hacking to protect users and improve business performance across Google products.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD
- Experience in SQL, dashboard building, data transformation, and scripting/programming (e.g. Python)
- Experience in adversarial testing, red teaming, jailbreaking, and ethical hacking
- Experience with content safety for users under 18
- Understanding of AI systems, AI responsibility, and Machine Learning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

The Trust & Safety team at Google tackles some of the biggest challenges to product safety and integrity. You will work globally with engineers and product managers to fight abuse and fraud across products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. Your role involves analyzing data trends, managing projects, and integrating business objectives with technical systems to influence key decision-making.
