About the Senior Business Systems Analyst Role
At Google, the Business Systems Integration team drives enterprise AI solutions by transforming business requirements into technical specifications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions, particularly within the Spaces Engineering domain for Google’s Real Estate and Workplace Services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience designing and integrating AI solutions within enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, SCM).
- Experience in defining data models for AI/ML initiatives.
- Proven track record of driving projects to completion independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in designing enterprise solutions using agent architectures.
- Experience with knowledge graphs for enhanced data understanding.
- Background in the commercial real estate domain and CRE systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.

Compensation & Benefits
The US base salary range is $147,000-$216,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Additional salary details vary by location and individual qualifications.
