Overview
Google's YouTube Trust & Safety team is seeking a Scaled Abuse Analyst to help reduce network abuse and safeguard user experience. In this dynamic role, you will use data analysis and statistical methods to identify trends, manage projects, and develop anti-abuse workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of data analysis experience, including statistical summary and trend identification.
- 1 year of project management experience including scope, goals, and deliverables.
- 1 year of experience with SQL, R, Python, or C++.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data management, metrics analysis, experiment design, and automation.
- Familiarity with classification systems, ranking systems, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Ability to work with global teams and synthesize data from multiple sources.
