Risk Management Program Manager
Google is seeking a Risk Management Program Manager to join its Compliance, Safety and Risk Management team. This role will focus on data center infrastructure, operations, and security. The successful candidate will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, working with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure seamless project execution across various teams and locations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for data center risk-related matters, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register specific to data center operations.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies and controls.
- Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience working to support technical teams in data center infrastructure components (power, cooling, networking, servers, storage), operations, and security best practices.
- 5 years of experience with development and maintenance of data center policies and procedures.
- 5 years of experience evaluating data center risk management framework and processes.
- 5 years of experience with data center resilience and security.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working and collaborating with a team to achieve operational priorities and deliver projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Proven ability to analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.
- Communication skills and a proven ability to engage and influence others.
- Documentation and organization skills.
- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms and Groups.
