About the Role
Google is seeking a Researcher, Executive Recruiting to develop and own search strategies for executive talent. This role is focused on identifying and cultivating leadership talent across various business units at Google.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute search strategies for executive recruitment
- Partner with Executive Recruiters and provide market insights
- Source candidates internally and externally
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Innovate recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting or in-house recruitment
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in candidate engagement and assessment
- Demonstrated ability in creating search strategies and market mapping
- Strong analytical skills and process ownership
Additional Information
Applicants from Singapore must have a current right to work without sponsorship. Candidates can also indicate a preference for working from Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Singapore.
