Overview

The Google Compliance team ensures business consistency with financial regulations while balancing legal, compliance, and dynamic business needs. In this role as Regulatory Compliance and Nodal Lead, you will work within the Risk, Compliance and Integrity (RCI) organization to implement scaled, data-driven programs and engage with regulators.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Nodal Officer, India in 24x7 coordination with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
  • Review and handle law enforcement and regulatory requests in line with legal requirements and Google policies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage legal risks and implement compliance processes.
  • Identify emerging legal risks from regulator discussions and report to leadership.
  • Conduct trainings and workshops with regulatory bodies to improve processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in organizing data and applying business context to improve processes or operations.
