Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum: 2 years in recruiting/HR/business development, 1 year in recruiting.
  • Preferred: 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience, experience in UX or engineering roles, excellent consultative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment with targeted UX initiatives.
  • Support assessment and alignment of UX applicants.
  • Source both active and passive candidates.
  • Evaluate skills, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.
  • Discuss offers and close applicants in collaboration with leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

The US base salary range is $88,000-$126,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation is influenced by location, skills, and experience.
