You will develop lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers, all while leveraging data and analytics to improve the process.
Key Responsibilities
In this Recruiter, Horizontals, Knowledge and Information role, you will:
- Support applicant assessment and align candidates to roles.
- Evaluate applicant skills and manage the interview process.
- Partner with business leaders and recruiting stakeholders to create solutions.
- Manage headcount tracking and map job postings to open positions.
- Develop cross-team recruiting initiatives and influence hiring strategy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 3 years recruiting/HR experience and 2 years in agency or in-house recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications: 4 years full cycle recruiting experience, negotiation of complex compensation packages, analytical problem solving, and strong communication skills.
Compensation & Locations
This full-time role offers a US base salary range of $107,000 - $153,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Applicants may choose their preferred working location from multiple US cities including Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Boulder, CO; Chicago, IL; Mountain View, CA; New York, NY; Seattle, WA; and Washington D.C.
