Key Responsibilities

In this Recruiter, Horizontals, Knowledge and Information role, you will:

  • Support applicant assessment and align candidates to roles.
  • Evaluate applicant skills and manage the interview process.
  • Partner with business leaders and recruiting stakeholders to create solutions.
  • Manage headcount tracking and map job postings to open positions.
  • Develop cross-team recruiting initiatives and influence hiring strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 3 years recruiting/HR experience and 2 years in agency or in-house recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications: 4 years full cycle recruiting experience, negotiation of complex compensation packages, analytical problem solving, and strong communication skills.

Compensation & Locations

This full-time role offers a US base salary range of $107,000 - $153,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Applicants may choose their preferred working location from multiple US cities including Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Boulder, CO; Chicago, IL; Mountain View, CA; New York, NY; Seattle, WA; and Washington D.C.
